How to Find the Trail.
The General Dacey Trail is basically one large loop and can being accessed from several locations. The most popular trailhead is located just north of the Boy Scout Cabin in Forest Park.
Other trailheads include: the Army Corps of Engineers Visitor Center parking lot, the dam overlook rest area, the ninth street boat ramp parking lot, and the lower spillway parking lot.
